Salary: $78,000–$95,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SAP change communications strategy aligned with program milestones.
- Translate complex program objectives and impacts into clear, actionable messaging for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Create high-quality communication materials including presentations, newsletters, FAQs, and intranet content.
- Partner with business leaders and program management to ensure consistent messaging and leadership alignment.
- Coordinate communication timing with key program events such as testing, cutover, and go-live phases.
- Support change readiness efforts by reinforcing new behaviors and benefits throughout the SAP lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in change or corporate communications.
- Must be authorized to access U.S. export-controlled information.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Proven ability to tailor messaging for various audiences in a matrixed environment.
- Proficiency with communication tools such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, and email campaign platforms.
Nice to have
- Prior experience supporting ERP or SAP modernization initiatives.
- Experience working within large-scale, multi-year organizational change programs.
