What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SAP change communications strategy aligned with program milestones.
• Translate complex program objectives and impacts into clear, actionable messaging for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Create high-quality communication materials including presentations, newsletters, FAQs, and intranet content.
• Partner with business leaders and program management to ensure consistent messaging and leadership alignment.
• Coordinate communication timing with key program events such as testing, cutover, and go-live phases.
• Support change readiness efforts by reinforcing new behaviors and benefits throughout the SAP lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in change or corporate communications.
• Must be authorized to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Proven ability to tailor messaging for various audiences in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with communication tools such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, and email campaign platforms.

• Prior experience supporting ERP or SAP modernization initiatives.
• Experience working within large-scale, multi-year organizational change programs.
