Salary: $135,000–$165,000

What you will do
- Develop and own the enterprise-wide internal communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on messaging, change management, and employee engagement.
- Create high-impact content for diverse audiences, including town halls, videos, and internal campaigns.
- Manage internal channels such as the intranet, digital signage, and email to ensure consistent messaging.
- Partner with HR, Marketing, and Operations to unify communication efforts across the organization.
- Establish metrics to assess communication effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively to both professional and frontline/hourly workforces.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
- Experience supporting executive leadership communications.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and social media platforms.
