What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of Internal Communications Business Partners, setting direction and monitoring performance.
• Serve as the primary communications advisor for select departments and enterprise initiatives.
• Develop and execute communications strategies, planning, and messaging.
• Provide event support for leadership summits, town halls, and large-scale company events.
• Recommend innovative communication technologies to engage a remote and mobile workforce.
• Partner with senior management to align on priorities, budgets, and team metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
• Two or more years of experience leading teams.
• Strong ability to build trusted partnerships with company leaders.
• Experience in large organizations is preferred.
