What you will do

• Track and analyze media coverage using AI to optimize the PR strategy and provide competitive intelligence.
• Manage the end-to-end internal content pipeline, converting primary assets into press releases, pitches, and social campaigns.
• Prepare and brief senior executives for media interviews and conference appearances.
• Oversee partner and co-marketing announcements to ensure alignment with strategic narratives.
• Coordinate the production and posting of thought leadership articles and ghostwritten content.
• Execute a bi-weekly reporting framework tracking share of voice and narrative alignment.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications or PR, including support for senior executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or a related field.
• Direct experience in B2B technology (enterprise software, cloud, AI/ML, or databases).
• Proven track record of managing editorial pipelines and executive briefing processes.
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle rapid response cycles.
• Must be based in Raleigh, NC.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the competitive landscape (Oracle, Databricks, Snowflake, MongoDB).
• Experience with communication measurement tools and CRM source attribution.
