What you will do

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies, including policy updates and organizational announcements.
• Lead messaging for People programs to strengthen employer brand and support recruitment.
• Manage planning and production for organization-wide events like Town Halls and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Design internal campaigns to drive employee participation and engagement.
• Implement feedback systems to measure and optimize communication effectiveness.
• Analyze engagement data to provide strategic recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or Journalism.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate communications with a focus on internal communications.
• Proven track record in content creation and copywriting for presentations, scripts, and digital formats.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional writing abilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).
