What you will do

• Own the end-to-end customer journey for a portfolio of law firms and legal teams.
• Lead onboarding and implementation to ensure immediate client success.
• Drive product adoption through structured enablement and regular strategic check-ins.
• Identify and close expansion opportunities, renewals, and upsells.
• Monitor customer health metrics to proactively reduce churn risk.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate client feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in engagement management, client advisory, or account leadership.
• Proven track record in a high-growth B2B SaaS or professional services environment.
• Experience working with legal, compliance, or complex regulated industries.
• Strong commercial instinct with a hunter mentality for closing opportunities.
• Must be able to work on-site in Madrid 5 days a week.
• Excellent communication skills for managing high-level conversations with legal leaders.
