Salary: $213,512 – $223,512

What you will do

• Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions to define project goals, timelines, and technical requirements.
• Design and build custom middleware solutions for third-party chatbot integrations and web messengers.
• Configure, test, and optimize hirify.global Cloud CX deployments within a defined delivery framework.
• Translate complex business needs into technical specifications for enterprise-level engagements.
• Collaborate with project managers and engagement directors to scope statements of work and manage project risks.
• Assist with security audits of SaaS infrastructures and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a computer-related occupation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven experience with CCaaS configuration, contact center metrics, and digital channel setup.
• Strong technical background in REST APIs, SDKs, and building integrations with platforms like Salesforce or ServiceNow.
• Experience with AI technologies including NLP, NLU, intent models, and predictive engagement.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology, AWS, Node.js, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
