Principal Professional Services Engineer (AI)

Salary: $213,512–$223,512 per year

What you will do

• Lead hirify.global Cloud CX Digital and AI implementation activities across requirements analysis, technical design, integration, testing, documentation, and optimization.
• Run customer workshops and discovery sessions, lead technical and business discussions, and support pre-sales scoping, quotes, and statements of work.
• Design and build architectures, workflows, custom code, and middleware for third-party chatbot and web-messenger integrations.
• Configure contact-center, web-chat, digital-channel, analytics, and AI capabilities, including intent models, knowledge management, external data storage, and predictive engagement.
• Manage multiple installations, track milestones and risks, monitor delivery productivity, and support project completion and customer acceptance.
• Collaborate with project managers, customer success managers, and services engagement directors while assisting with SaaS security audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Six years of experience in a computer-related occupation.
• Experience with contact-center solutions, CCaaS configuration, contact-center metrics and analytics, web chat, and digital channels.
• Experience building integrations with ServiceNow, Salesforce, REST APIs, and SDKs.
• Experience translating complex enterprise business requirements into technical specifications and creating technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Experience with conversational AI, NLP/NLU models, Agile methodology, AWS, Node, CSS, HTML, jQuery, and JavaScript.
