What you will do

• Act as a thought partner to General Counsels and legal operations leaders to identify high-value opportunities and scale adoption of hirify.global across legal functions.
• Own client relationships end-to-end: run pilots with key business units, onboard new team members, and guide department-wide adoption.
• Be the voice of in-house users inside hirify.global by sharing insights from legal ops, commercial lawyers, and compliance teams to inform product development and roadmap priorities.
• Deliver product demos and training for GCs, regional teams, and legal ops professionals.
• Document best practices and contribute to scalable playbooks for global growth of the function.
• Help clients navigate how AI changes corporate legal operations, including evaluating ROI and mapping AI impact across contract management and compliance.

Requirements

• Background in law with experience in an in-house legal team or corporate legal department, ideally with exposure to legal operations, process improvement, or technology implementation.
• Tech-curious and product-savvy mindset; comfortable having technical conversations around generative AI and technology implementation.
• Clear, confident communication across stakeholders (General Counsels, business leaders, lawyers, and engineers), with strong cross-disciplinary translation skills.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and manage complexity in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience evaluating and improving processes enabled by new/emerging technologies (e.g., contract workflows, matter management, compliance processes).
• Proactive, self-directed approach with comfort juggling multiple client relationships at once.
