What you will do
- Act as a thought partner to General Counsels and legal operations leaders to identify high-value opportunities and scale adoption of across legal functions.
- Own client relationships end-to-end: run pilots with key business units, onboard new team members, and guide department-wide adoption.
- Be the voice of in-house users inside by sharing insights from legal ops, commercial lawyers, and compliance teams to inform product development and roadmap priorities.
- Deliver product demos and training for GCs, regional teams, and legal ops professionals.
- Document best practices and contribute to scalable playbooks for global growth of the function.
- Help clients navigate how AI changes corporate legal operations, including evaluating ROI and mapping AI impact across contract management and compliance.
Requirements
- Background in law with experience in an in-house legal team or corporate legal department, ideally with exposure to legal operations, process improvement, or technology implementation.
- Tech-curious and product-savvy mindset; comfortable having technical conversations around generative AI and technology implementation.
- Clear, confident communication across stakeholders (General Counsels, business leaders, lawyers, and engineers), with strong cross-disciplinary translation skills.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and manage complexity in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience evaluating and improving processes enabled by new/emerging technologies (e.g., contract workflows, matter management, compliance processes).
- Proactive, self-directed approach with comfort juggling multiple client relationships at once.
