What you will do

  • Manage the design and implementation of sales compensation plans across multiple business units.
  • Assist with annual compensation planning cycles, including quota setting and incentive modeling.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with HR and Finance to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Provide strategic guidance to sales leaders regarding hiring, promotions, and retention.
  • Develop documentation and training materials to support compensation processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, or sales operations.
  • Proven experience working within a global organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience with CRM and compensation management software such as Sales Cloud, Xactly, Callidus, or SAP.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
