What you will do
- Manage the design and implementation of sales compensation plans across multiple business units.
- Assist with annual compensation planning cycles, including quota setting and incentive modeling.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with HR and Finance to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Provide strategic guidance to sales leaders regarding hiring, promotions, and retention.
- Develop documentation and training materials to support compensation processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, or sales operations.
- Proven experience working within a global organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Experience with CRM and compensation management software such as Sales Cloud, Xactly, Callidus, or SAP.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
