TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end salary survey and benchmarking process to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Provide operational support for equity programs including restricted stock, ESPP, and stock loans.
  • Maintain job architecture, salary structures, and perform regular data audits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee equity-related inquiries and transactions.
  • Assist with deferred compensation plan administration and participant communications.
  • Support compliance activities, including SOX controls and internal/external audits.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation and Equity or related fields.
  • US Work Authorization required (no sponsorship).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for data modeling.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Professional curiosity and interest in leveraging AI tools for process optimization.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Insurance industry.
  • Proficiency with Workday.
  • Experience with benchmarking tools like Market Pay.
