Salary: $137,700 - $202,000 USD (for candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA).

What you will do
- Develop, design, and manage global compensation programs, processes, and annual cycles.
- Partner with senior leaders and People Business Partners to ensure competitive and equitable compensation strategies.
- Collaborate with the Systems team to drive tool strategy, automation, and process re-engineering.
- Lead global market analysis and leverage external survey methodologies to inform compensation decisions.
- Convert complex data outcomes into executive-ready presentations and actionable dashboards.
- Drive end-to-end consistency across global programs and train internal resources.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive compensation experience in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- 3+ years of experience leading compensation programs, including annual cycles, benchmarking, and incentive plans.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building models and interpreting complex data sets.
- Proven ability to translate data into clear narratives for senior executives.
- Skilled stakeholder manager capable of navigating matrixed organizations.
- Must be based in or able to work from Culver City or San Francisco, USA.
