What you will do

• Develop, design, and manage global compensation programs, processes, and annual cycles.
• Partner with senior leaders and People Business Partners to ensure competitive and equitable compensation strategies.
• Collaborate with the Systems team to drive tool strategy, automation, and process re-engineering.
• Lead global market analysis and leverage external survey methodologies to inform compensation decisions.
• Convert complex data outcomes into executive-ready presentations and actionable dashboards.
• Drive end-to-end consistency across global programs and train internal resources.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• 3+ years of experience leading compensation programs, including annual cycles, benchmarking, and incentive plans.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building models and interpreting complex data sets.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear narratives for senior executives.
• Skilled stakeholder manager capable of navigating matrixed organizations.
• Must be based in or able to work from Culver City or San Francisco, USA.
