What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including research, sourcing, assessment, negotiation, and offer acceptance.
• Coach hiring managers on market mapping, candidate engagement, and improving time-to-fill metrics.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in Data, Engineering, and Product.
• Utilize ATS reports and dashboards to track pipeline results and illustrate recruiting progress.
• Support employer branding by attending networking events and e-meetups.
• Build and maintain a long-term pipeline of candidates for future strategic opportunities.

Requirements

• Ideally 5 years of experience recruiting for tech roles in fast-paced environments or scale-ups.
• Proven track record of collaborating successfully with Senior Tech Leaders.
• Experience managing a variety of roles within Engineering, Data, and Product.
• Strong metrics-oriented mindset and ability to back up strategies with data.
• Excellent networking skills and ability to influence strategic hiring decisions.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
