What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and drive the performance of the recruitment team across EMEA and AMERS.
• Consult with leaders and the People team to lead strategic hiring needs for the region.
• Build regional and technical knowledge of candidate pools to source top talent.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on hiring cadence and plan team capacity.
• Monitor and improve the employer brand presence online and drive diversity and inclusion agendas.
• Directly execute hiring for sales, customer service, and other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading TA teams in both remote and onsite environments.
• Background in a high-performing in-house recruitment function during periods of significant business growth.
• Experience working across EMEA and AMERS regions.
• Expertise in recruiting for GTM sales and onboarding teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to use data to drive team effectiveness and performance.
