What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.
• Coach hiring managers on market mapping, candidate engagement, and conversion strategies.
• Develop innovative strategies to attract top talent and improve existing recruitment programs.
• Utilize ATS reports and dashboards to analyze the recruiting pipeline and results.
• Support employer branding activities through networking events and e-meetups.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain.
• Ideally 5 years of experience recruiting in fast-paced tech environments or scale-ups.
• Experience hiring for various roles and levels within Tech (Data, Engineering, Product).
• Proven track record of successful collaboration with Senior Tech Leaders.
• Strong metrics-oriented mindset with the ability to back up strategies with data.
