What you will do

• Work closely with business leaders to scope roles and develop sourcing strategies
• Manage the entire hiring process end-to-end from outreach to offer
• Own hiring across multiple business disciplines including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and HR
• Qualify candidates independently before involving hiring managers
• Design and implement systematic, data-driven recruitment aligned with company goals
• Build and expand a strong network of top-tier business talent

Requirements

• Fluency in English (C1 level)
• Must be located in or able to work remotely from Europe (Romania, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Bulgaria)
• Proven experience recruiting for business roles in high-growth companies
• Strong commercial literacy and ability to engage business leaders as peers
• Track record of independent sourcing and pipeline management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
