What you will do
- Run full-cycle GTM recruitment for Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Ops roles.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue hiring managers to define hiring strategies and promote best practices and diversity hiring.
- Build and maintain pipelines via proactive sourcing and headhunting using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Own candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
- Collaborate with People and Marketing teams on employer branding for commercial talent.
- Optimize recruitment processes using data and feedback; share market intelligence on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience, with proven GTM/Sales hiring (AE, AM, CSM) in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B commercial roles and sales cycles.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and ability to build pipelines for competitive profiles.
- Experience working directly with Sales and Revenue leaders as a business partner.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with strong prioritization and project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
