TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Go-To-Market): Own end-to-end recruitment for commercial and revenue-facing GTM roles (AE, AM, CSM, Sales Ops) with an accent on full-cycle sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding. Focus on building pipelines through proactive headhunting, partnering with Sales/Revenue leaders on hiring strategy, and improving recruitment processes while delivering a strong candidate experience.

What you will do

  • Run full-cycle GTM recruitment for Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Ops roles.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue hiring managers to define hiring strategies and promote best practices and diversity hiring.
  • Build and maintain pipelines via proactive sourcing and headhunting using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Own candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
  • Collaborate with People and Marketing teams on employer branding for commercial talent.
  • Optimize recruitment processes using data and feedback; share market intelligence on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience, with proven GTM/Sales hiring (AE, AM, CSM) in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B commercial roles and sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and ability to build pipelines for competitive profiles.
  • Experience working directly with Sales and Revenue leaders as a business partner.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with strong prioritization and project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
