Customer Operations Specialist (Insurance)

Location: Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA

Compensation: $19 – $21 per hour plus equity and commission opportunities

What you will do

• Provide exceptional support to customers regarding auto, home, and motorcycle insurance policies.
• Identify coverage gaps and discount opportunities to proactively assist customers.
• Navigate a complex panel of insurance providers to match customers with the right coverage.
• Process service requests including vehicle updates, driver changes, and policy documentation.
• Collaborate with the product team by providing feedback to improve the app experience.

Requirements

• Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn the insurance industry.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
