Customer Service Representative - Business Insurance Services

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $24.04 hourly, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Promote and renew assigned Pearl Insurance and AVMA coverage for existing clients through phone, email, mail, and fax.
• Answer policyholder and insurance broker questions about current coverage and upcoming renewals.
• Coordinate applications and underwriting by sending forms, preparing submissions, and following up on missing information.
• Present quotes or estimates, close sales, sell ancillary products, and gather market intelligence when renewals are not closed.
• Record sales activity in the CRM and maintain customer relationships after the first year of coverage.
• Provide backup support to other Client Relations Account Representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Property and Casualty insurance license required, or ability to obtain one.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
