What you will do

• Execute end-to-end onboarding for US employees and global contractors, including system setup and compliance.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and manage Rippling workflows and automation updates.
• Support payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, and employee payroll inquiries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and programs.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events.
• Assist with performance review cycles, employee surveys, and HR policy implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR Generalist or People Operations experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling and BambooHR is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience with payroll administration and multi-state/multi-entity payroll.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage confidential information and multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
