What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, data management, and offboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as employment contracts, policies, and payroll enrollment forms.
  • Administer benefits in collaboration with brokers and insurers for professionals.
  • Coordinate with payroll teams and local providers to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Conduct audits on data changes to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for professionals and customers to resolve HR-related queries.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of HR operations experience, preferably within a Shared Services environment.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English with clear communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout the EMEA region.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy with the ability to integrate tools like Gemini or Notebook LM into daily workflows.
  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones based on customer and professional needs.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience in stakeholder management.

  • Experience in handling offboarding processes.
