Salary: $208,000 — $260,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the Connectivity Pod as the definitive product owner to build and scale the foundational layer for real-time data exchange.
• Define and execute the global connectivity strategy across bank channels, money market fund platforms, and ERP ecosystems.
• Implement an API-first approach and streamline developer-facing documentation for internal and external partners.
• Manage the lifecycle of partner SDKs and third-party connectors for Enterprise ERPs like SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite.
• Expand the global banking network using proprietary ClearConnect channels and standard reporting APIs.
• Resolve conflicts and drive alignment between Engineering, Security, and Banking Partners to improve network uptime and reduce latency.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management focusing on API Platforms, Integration iPaaS, or Fintech Infrastructure.
• Experience leading multi-functional engineering teams and launching net-new platform capabilities.
• Technical depth to interpret complex bank specifications including ISO 20022, NACHA, and SWIFT gpi.
• Proven ability to build for developer audiences and create high-quality API documentation.
• Must be based in California (CA).

Nice to have

• Expertise in enterprise ERP ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and middleware connectivity.
• Background in institutional or transaction banking and payment rails.
• Working knowledge of SOC 2, GDPR, and PSD2/Open Banking compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Money Market Fund (MMF) portals and digital asset custody integrations.
