Salary: $134,000–$248,000

What you will do

• Define the digital-asset roadmap for Capital Access Platforms by identifying organic growth and partnership opportunities.
• Conduct rigorous financial and strategic analysis to support build, buy, or partner decisions.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable project plans, including product requirements and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with product, technology, commercial, and legal teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Develop KPIs and performance frameworks to track initiative success and inform executive decision-making.
• Prepare recommendations for senior leadership regarding market structure, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in financial services with deep knowledge of capital markets.
• 3+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, including tokenization and blockchain infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in finance or business.
• Experience with M&A analysis or fintech market assessment.
• Prior exposure to digital securities or market data platforms.
