What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product vision and multi-year strategy for the tokenization platform.
• Define foundational platform decisions including token architecture, settlement models, and registry integrations.
• Design operator interfaces and APIs for asset lifecycle operations and multi-organizational approval workflows.
• Drive smart-contract automation for corporate actions such as dividends, stock splits, and proxy voting.
• Build the broker enablement layer to ensure tokenized assets are composable and compliant.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and C-suite executives.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management within financial services, with 4+ years in blockchain or digital assets.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping institutional-grade financial infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of token standards (e.g., ERC-3643), smart contract patterns, and traditional securities infrastructure (DTC, NSCC, Reg NMS).
• Experience defining product strategy in ambiguous environments from blank page to launch.
• Proficiency in using AI and LLM tooling for product workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York.

Nice to have

• Industry knowledge across RWA tokenization and digital securities issuance.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including KYC, AML, CFTC, and SEC requirements.
