What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and a coordinator supporting five manufacturing sites.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for both hourly and salaried roles, aligning with production needs and workforce planning.
  • Partner with plant leadership and HRBPs to identify talent gaps and implement proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with search firms, advertising agencies, and temporary labor providers.
  • Standardize recruitment tools, templates, and processes to ensure scalability and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including OFCCP and affirmative action.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years managing a recruiting team.
  • Significant experience in manufacturing or high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment analytics; experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
