What you will do

• Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define requirements and market strategies.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, and networking platforms.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to offer negotiation and closing.
• Engage candidates through various media, ensuring a positive and timely application experience.
• Partner with hiring leaders to provide market data, compensation recommendations, and consultative advice.
• Ensure strict adherence to OFCCP regulations and internal compliance standards.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen and based in the United States.
• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience in engineering or manufacturing recruitment is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in ET or CT time zones.
• Strong communication skills and experience managing relationships with stakeholders.
