What you will do

  • Partner with new PEO clients to develop tailored implementation plans for payroll, benefits, and tax compliance.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process, managing milestones, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Guide clients through the PEO platform to ensure adoption of co-employment processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Product, and Support to resolve client requirements.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve onboarding workflows and platform capabilities.
  • Contribute to the evolution of PEO implementation best practices and documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success within a SaaS PEO environment.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Familiarity with co-employment structures, payroll tax obligations, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent client timelines.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and ability to work in a MacBook Pro environment.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of Monday.com, Notion, Slack, Salesforce, or Worklio.
