What you will do
- Partner with new PEO clients to develop tailored implementation plans for payroll, benefits, and tax compliance.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process, managing milestones, timelines, and success criteria.
- Guide clients through the PEO platform to ensure adoption of co-employment processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Product, and Support to resolve client requirements.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve onboarding workflows and platform capabilities.
- Contribute to the evolution of PEO implementation best practices and documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success within a SaaS PEO environment.
- Must be based in the US.
- Fluent English required.
- Familiarity with co-employment structures, payroll tax obligations, and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent client timelines.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and ability to work in a MacBook Pro environment.

- Working knowledge of Monday.com, Notion, Slack, Salesforce, or Worklio.
