Location: On-site in New York, Texas City, Orlando, Nashville, or Phoenix (USA)

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 + OTE

What you will do

  • Lead and project-manage complex, multi-stream enterprise client engagements to drive high-quality social impact outcomes.
  • Own and deepen executive-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on social impact strategy.
  • Develop tailored account plans, lead executive offsites, and conduct business reviews to strengthen partnerships.
  • Partner with Sales on renewals, expansions, and negotiations to support portfolio growth.
  • Collaborate with internal Supply, Content, Marketing, and Product teams to influence the roadmap based on client needs.
  • Create scalable engagement frameworks and playbooks to improve enterprise delivery standards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or engagement management (Big 4 or equivalent background strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of running complex, multi-workstream client engagements and managing executive stakeholders.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts with demonstrated impact on retention and growth.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to lead senior-level conversations.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills for high-stakes, ambiguous situations.
  • Genuine passion for social impact and technology-driven change.
