What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers to achieve high-impact results.
• Define product vision and build a detailed multi-quarter roadmap for native mobile apps.
• Develop structured documentation including BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including TPMs, designers, and operations.
• Ensure product adherence to regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Engage with customers to translate needs into accurate technical requirements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in iGaming or real-money gaming.
• More than 2 years of experience managing product or cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience delivering native iOS and Android apps at scale.
• Strong understanding of online payment flows, KYC/AML processes, and geolocation.
• Solid expertise in building product documentation and using analytics tools like Firebase or Mixpanel.
