What you will do

• Assist in the delivery of overall casino strategy to meet and exceed market business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with casino game providers to secure exclusive content and promotional offers.
• Generate and present monthly performance reviews and conduct competitor product gap analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to optimize player acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Lead the UK gamification project and influence product development roadmaps.
• Work with internal development teams to resolve issues and improve core product offerings.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from North London, UK.
• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
• Strong understanding of player behavior and industry regulations.
• Proven experience coordinating specialist casino teams and working in high-pressure environments.
• Significant experience collaborating with product developers, legal, compliance, and marketing teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present data and proposals effectively.
