What you will do

• Lead vision and strategy for social and mobile games to ensure engagement and high monetization.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from initial concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with artists and engineers to create wireframes, mock-ups, and user flows for new features.
• Prioritize tasks and manage the product roadmap to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
• Define and analyze benchmarks and conduct A/B tests to optimize games post-launch.
• Generate and refine ideas for new game features through user testing and market analysis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management or game development within mobile or gaming environments.
• Strong numerical skills and professional experience in B2C mobile gaming.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and logical capabilities.
• User-centric approach to crafting and improving gaming experiences.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Must be authorized to work in the UK on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
