What you will do

• Own the payments orchestration strategy, including routing logic and failover frameworks across the portfolio.
• Manage relationships and lead commercial negotiations with payment service providers (PSPs) and acquirers.
• Monitor real-time transaction performance, tracking approval/decline rates and chargebacks to optimize conversion.
• Lead payment strategies for new market entry, identifying regional provider mixes and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure operations align with AML and KYC frameworks.
• Act as the internal expert on payments, advising product and engineering teams on integration and technical standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payments management or orchestration within iGaming, sweepstake, or fintech environments.
• Hands-on experience managing PSP relationships and negotiating commercial terms.
• Strong understanding of payment routing and orchestration logic across multiple markets.
• Ability to handle multi-currency and multi-jurisdiction payment management.
• Data-driven approach to tracking performance metrics and making reasoned decisions.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Miami or London.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically within social sweepstake or US-facing gaming operators.
• Familiarity with payment orchestration platforms.
• Working knowledge of AML and fraud prevention frameworks.
