What you will do

  • Partner with account executives on territory planning, pipeline generation, and opportunity management to exceed sales targets.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to differentiate hirify.global AI solutions during client engagements.
  • Lead customer workshops focused on developing AI use cases and pilot programs.
  • Support sales teams with positioning, pricing, proposals, and technical AI discussions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and field teams to influence product and marketing strategies.
  • Upskill account executives on the hirify.global AI portfolio through enablement programs and field support.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional experience in Software, Cloud, or AI.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Proven expertise in AI-powered customer experience with an AI-first mindset.
  • Strong background in sales overlay or subject matter expert roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and manage multiple complex work streams.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for public-facing expert roles.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience selling AI solutions within the contact center or customer experience market.
