Location: Must be based in San Francisco and work onsite 5 days a week

Salary: $220,000–$265,000

What you will do

• Lead global real estate strategy and site selection to scale offices in San Francisco, New York, Austin, London, and Berlin.
• Design collaborative, brand-aligned physical spaces that support employee wellness, productivity, and belonging.
• Oversee daily facilities operations, physical security programs, and executive protection for senior leaders.
• Manage the global workplace budget, making strategic tradeoffs and negotiating with global vendors.
• Partner with senior leadership, Design, IT, and People teams to ensure physical spaces support how employees work and grow.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Facilities, Workplace Experience, Security, or Real Estate leadership.
• Proven track record of scaling operations in high-tech companies across multiple regional offices.
• Experience establishing and managing physical security programs and Executive Protection.
• Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and change management skills during growth phases.
• Ability to build rapport and credibility with the Executive Team and other business leaders.
• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA

Nice to have

• FMP®, SFP®, or LEED Accreditations.
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP).
• OSHA or local safety compliance training.
