What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for country stakeholders and functional teams.
• Oversee day-to-day AP and AR operations, including invoice processing, cash application, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and tax reporting standards.
• Manage asset accounting, vendor data, and month-end closing activities.
• Drive process standardization and support the implementation of automation and AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in end-to-end AP/AR operations.
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
• Proficiency in global ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
• Experience working in a Shared Services environment.
• Must be willing to work on a dayshift or mid-shift schedule in a hybrid setup.

Nice to have

• Experience with RPA or other digitalization tools in finance.
• Project management experience.
