What you will do

• Prepare and manage APAC financial reporting deliverables for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Oversee APAC compliance, including business license renewals, government registrations, and statutory filings.
• Ensure adherence to US GAAP, SOX requirements, and internal accounting policies.
• Collaborate with FSSC, Corporate Controllership, Tax, and Legal teams to resolve reporting and audit issues.
• Lead process improvements and automation initiatives using ERP systems and AI-enabled tools.
• Maintain SOPs and workflow documentation to ensure governance and operational continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA certification required.
• 8-10 years of experience in financial reporting, compliance, or audit support.
• Ability to engage in person with Philippine government offices for regulatory requirements.
• Ability to report to the office as needed for administrative and document processing.
• Advanced knowledge of corporate financial reporting, GAAP, and SOX internal controls.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and data analysis tools.
