What you will do

• Perform financial data entry, balance sheet reconciliations, and generate periodic management reports.
• Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers and recommend credit limits to mitigate risk.
• Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, SOX controls, and relevant financial regulations.
• Assist in miscellaneous treasury duties and physical inspections of spares inventory and fixed assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Credit and Collection; knowledge of the international trading environment is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, Power Query, and Power Automate.
• Experience with Oracle 11i or other ERP systems.
• Ability to work night shifts and extended hours when rostered.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
