What you will do

  • Oversee end-to-end global payment operations, including vendor payments and intercompany transactions.
  • Lead the Expense Helpdesk function, establishing SLAs and resolving escalations for global stakeholders.
  • Manage the global corporate card program, ensuring policy compliance, reconciliation, and risk mitigation.
  • Drive digital transformation by implementing AI-powered tools and automation to improve processing accuracy.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Expense Management specialists to foster a culture of accountability.
  • Ensure all processes comply with SOX controls, internal audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing global payment operations, corporate card programs, and helpdesk functions.
  • Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit support.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as Workday Financials or Concur.
  • Must be based in Manila, Philippines with flexibility for global stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have

  • CPA or other relevant professional certifications.
  • Experience with ticketing or event management tools like CVENT.
  • Prior experience with Invoice Processing and Travel & Expense (T&E) sub-processes.
  • Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) and data analytics platforms.
