What you will do
- Oversee end-to-end global payment operations, including vendor payments and intercompany transactions.
- Lead the Expense Helpdesk function, establishing SLAs and resolving escalations for global stakeholders.
- Manage the global corporate card program, ensuring policy compliance, reconciliation, and risk mitigation.
- Drive digital transformation by implementing AI-powered tools and automation to improve processing accuracy.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Expense Management specialists to foster a culture of accountability.
- Ensure all processes comply with SOX controls, internal audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing global payment operations, corporate card programs, and helpdesk functions.
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit support.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Workday Financials or Concur.
- Must be based in Manila, Philippines with flexibility for global stakeholder engagement.
Nice to have
- CPA or other relevant professional certifications.
- Experience with ticketing or event management tools like CVENT.
- Prior experience with Invoice Processing and Travel & Expense (T&E) sub-processes.
- Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) and data analytics platforms.
