What you will do

• Provide PMO support to ensure project deliverables are complete and high-quality.
• Execute operational excellence initiatives including process mapping and reengineering.
• Support project tracking, reporting, and performance metric monitoring.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow documentation.
• Assist in building and testing simple tools or scripts using AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance operations, shared services, or process improvement.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Tableau for dashboard maintenance and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to work from Manila, Philippines.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Snowflake or SQL data platforms.
• Experience with ERP systems and finance reporting tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development for workflow solutions.
