TL;DR

Accounts Receivable Officer (Finance): Managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes for a manufacturing and project-based environment with an accent on cash flow performance and credit control. Focus on resolving billing discrepancies, optimizing working capital, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

Location: Must be based in the Philippines (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu). Role offers WFH or Hybrid arrangements.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash collection, and reconciliation.
  • Deliver best-in-class collections performance to reduce DSO and optimize working capital.
  • Handle complex, high-volume, and project-based billing cycles.
  • Drive proactive credit control strategies balancing risk and business growth.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies, pricing issues, and commercial disputes.
  • Produce insightful AR reporting to inform decision-making and improve process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Bookkeeping.
  • Experience in fast-moving, high-volume, or complex billing environments.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Systems-savvy with experience in ERP/accounting platforms like SAP, MYOB, Xero, or Pronto.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
  • Must be based in the Philippines with availability for AEST business hours (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PH Time).
