Salary: $140,000–$190,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead cross-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver innovative technical solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, balancing satisfaction with contractual scope.
• Ensure technical compliance regarding safety, reliability, and producibility throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage program baselines, including technical scope, budget, and schedule using EVM techniques.
• Coordinate interactions between design, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality organizations.
• Drive resolution for complex technical issues and validate Comprehensive-Estimation-at-Complete (CEAC) activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Software, or Aerospace).
• 12+ years of experience in the aerospace industry, including 5+ years on development programs.
• Ability to obtain a US SECRET security clearance and access US export-controlled information.
• Must be able to work onsite full-time in East Aurora, NY or Torrance, CA.
• Proven expertise in program-control discipline, including EVM, critical path analysis, and cost/price fundamentals.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
