What you will do

• Produce the Quarterly hirify.global Intelligence Report by synthesizing industry trends, macro drivers, and internal data for Board-level summaries.
• Run an always-on horizon scanning rhythm combining human expertise with agentic AI to surface actionable threats.
• Design and execute stress scenarios, parameterizing impacts for ORSA (hirify.global Group/hirify.global Insurance) and CISSA (Bermuda) filings.
• Monitor exposure against defined risk appetites by tracking key risk indicators (KRIs).
• Support scenario workshops and exercises (interviews, surveys, tabletop exercises) with underwriting and other leaders.
• Partner with Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, and Capital Modeling to integrate risk intelligence into portfolio management and decision-making.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance risk, actuarial, strategy, or other analytical roles.
• Ability to produce high-caliber, concise written materials for executive forums and translate technical uncertainty into clear business narratives.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control to ensure exposure data accuracy and minimize signal-to-action lead time.
• Technical proficiency in analytics (Excel, SQL, Python), plus PowerPoint and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Proven project management skills to manage multi-stakeholder information gathering and meet rigorous deadlines.

Salary: $92,880–$127,710 base + up to 15% bonus potential
