Salary: $92,880–$127,710 base + up to 15% bonus potential

What you will do

• Support the Quarterly hirify.global Intelligence Report by synthesizing industry trends, macro drivers, and internal data for Board-ready summaries.
• Develop and operate an always-on horizon scanning rhythm using agentic AI plus human expertise to surface actionable threats.
• Design and execute stress scenarios, parameterizing impacts for ORSA (hirify.global Group/hirify.global Insurance) and CISSA (Bermuda) filings.
• Track key risk indicators to monitor exposure against defined risk appetites.
• Partner cross-functionally with Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, and Capital Modeling to integrate risk intelligence into portfolio management and business planning.
• Manage quarterly milestones and deliver decision-ready briefs through agile execution and incident response.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance risk, actuarial, strategy, or other analytical roles.
• Ability to produce high-caliber, concise written materials for executive forums and translate technical uncertainty into clear business narratives.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure exposure data accuracy and minimize lead time from signal to approved action.
• Technical proficiency in analytics (Excel, SQL, Python), PowerPoint, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder information gathering while meeting rigorous deadlines.
