Location: Must be based in Mclean, VA (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Salary: $35–$40/hr ($72,800–$83,200/year)

What you will do

• Participate in and support low-complexity initiatives within Business Execution.
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies, and procedures for low-risk tasks.
• Exercise judgment within defined parameters while adhering to compliance requirements.
• Provide information and support to client personnel.
• Work on insurance compliance projects, including tasks related to Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Mclean, VA 4 days per week.
• 6 months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
• Experience in insurance risk and commercial insurance.
• Ability to exercise judgment within defined parameters.
• Strong adherence to compliance and procedural requirements.
