Location: Remote. Must be based in the United States (Zones A–C). Not budgeting for hires in Zone D markets (e.g., San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, San Jose).

Salary: $145,750 – $196,044 per year

What you will do

• Conduct structured market scans to identify, segment, and prioritize potential partners to increase TCOC impact and revenue.
• Develop early-stage business cases, ROI models, and commercial structures in collaboration with Finance and Product teams.
• Manage the contracting and execution phase of partnerships, coordinating workflows across Legal, InfoSec, Privacy, and Finance.
• Lead ecosystem integration workstreams to ensure seamless technical integrations and operational readiness.
• Define and document end-to-end process flows, including data exchange, eligibility, and referral steerage.
• Define and track partnership KPIs to monitor performance and inform product roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6–8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, partnerships, business development, or strategy.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept through execution.
• Strong analytical ability to build business cases and ROI models using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
