Base Salary: $158,000 - $196,000

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day program execution for strategic enterprise accounts, including timelines and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Act as the primary customer-facing operator to translate partner goals into internal workstreams and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across commercial, fragrance development, ML, and executive teams.
• Maintain canonical project documentation and provide partner-facing updates.
• Support pilot planning, demo readiness, and commercialization discussions.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of program management experience in technical, product, or R&D environments.
• Proven experience working directly with large enterprise customers in a customer-facing capacity.
• Experience with software or data products.
• Background in flavor/fragrance, specialty chemicals, beauty, personal care, or manufacturing/operations.
• Strong communication skills for executive-level reporting.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with R&D-heavy workflows and technical pilots.
• Experience with sensory science, formulation, or lab-based development.
• Knowledge of AI/ML products.
