Associate Director, Program Management (AI)

What you will do

• Drive cross-functional commercial and medical projects across North America from planning through delivery.
• Build project plans, milestones, timelines, accountability frameworks, and critical-path assessments.
• Track interdependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action items, escalating concerns and recommending solutions.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, brand leaders, and workstream leads.
• Champion AI enablement by identifying, implementing, and scaling AI-powered tools and workflows.
• Support digital channel strategy, omnichannel execution, non-personal promotion, and emerging promotional technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field, with 8+ years of overall experience.
• Experience in consulting or advisory environments and in structuring complex problems within fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional planning initiatives and resolving critical-path risks and constraints.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical thinking, and change management skills.
• Experience managing digital transformation and AI-enabled projects through implementation, including email, web, omnichannel, and programmatic programs in a regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environment.
• Experience with MS Office, MS Project or SmartSheet, digital analytics platforms, and project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
