What you will do

• Drive the development and execution of cross-functional commercial and medical projects across North America.
• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking milestones and managing interdependencies.
• Champion AI enablement by implementing AI-powered tools and workflows to improve productivity and customer engagement.
• Support digital initiatives including omnichannel execution and emerging promotional technologies.
• Partner with the NA GM Chief of Staff to optimize project team performance and harmonize processes.
• Facilitate meeting management, documenting risks, decisions, and action items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or a related field.
• 8+ years of overall experience, ideally within a consulting or advisory environment.
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• Track record of managing digital transformation and AI-enabled projects from strategy through implementation.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira.
• Must be based in the United States.
