What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional coordination across internal teams and external partners to advance training program delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment on scope and quality.
  • Manage program timelines and execution for assigned initiatives, ensuring continuity and timely delivery.
  • Translate learning needs identified by subject matter experts into clear program requirements.
  • Coordinate with LMS administrators and CE teams to ensure course readiness and accreditation compliance.
  • Monitor program performance and gather feedback to support continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate internal teams and external vendors.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, public health, or professional education environments is highly desirable.
