What you will do
- Lead cross-functional coordination across internal teams and external partners to advance training program delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment on scope and quality.
- Manage program timelines and execution for assigned initiatives, ensuring continuity and timely delivery.
- Translate learning needs identified by subject matter experts into clear program requirements.
- Coordinate with LMS administrators and CE teams to ensure course readiness and accreditation compliance.
- Monitor program performance and gather feedback to support continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate internal teams and external vendors.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare, public health, or professional education environments is highly desirable.
