What you will do

• Act as the SME for Oracle EBS (Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Costing, BOM/WIP) and Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
• Lead technical solutioning for RICEW components using PL/SQL, OIC, and API-based architectures.
• Implement AI/ML use cases for intelligent exception handling and predictive demand planning.
• Design systems supporting fabless/foundry models and complex BOM structures for the high-tech industry.
• Partner with global stakeholders in IT, Finance, and Operations to drive integrated roadmaps.
• Mentor junior team members and share technical and domain best practices.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Strong background supporting semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or electronics industries.
• Proficiency in Oracle RICEW development, integrations, and data migration (FBDI/HDL).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. export control laws (EAR).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML, ETL, or analytics platforms (Snowflake, Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud).
• Oracle certifications in EBS, Cloud SCM, or OIC.
