What you will do

• Participate in consulting engagements and execute implementation tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support Project Managers in task control.
• Identify project issues and risks, providing actionable suggestions to the Project Manager.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on schedule.
• Demonstrate deep functional knowledge of specific ERP modules and certification tracks.
• Work independently with clients on short-term engagements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of ERP software such as hirify.global, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor.
• Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain concepts.
• Ability to perform work plans, establish priorities, and monitor task performance.
• Ability to travel 50% throughout the year.
