What you will do
- Manage technical projects for multiple clients simultaneously while coordinating between internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve complex technical issues related to ERP products like JD Edwards, Oracle E-Business Suite, and SAP.
- Host client calls to guide them through technical onboarding requirements and address mission-critical concerns.
- Plan and execute remote access connectivity and software archiving tasks.
- Track and record evidence for ISO compliance and maintain project status in Salesforce.
- Offer alternative solutions for environment-related issues under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil
- Fluent in Portuguese with the ability to hold business conversations
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience with ERP applications (Oracle E-Business Suite or SAP focus).
- Strong background in project management and technical configuration.
- Experience with remote access connectivity methodologies and exposure to Windows/UNIX environments.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a diverse remote-based team.

- Exposure to ISO 9000/9001/27001 processes
- Knowledge of additional ERP applications
