What you will do

• Manage technical projects for multiple clients simultaneously while coordinating between internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve complex technical issues related to ERP products like JD Edwards, Oracle E-Business Suite, and SAP.
• Host client calls to guide them through technical onboarding requirements and address mission-critical concerns.
• Plan and execute remote access connectivity and software archiving tasks.
• Track and record evidence for ISO compliance and maintain project status in Salesforce.
• Offer alternative solutions for environment-related issues under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil
• Fluent in Portuguese with the ability to hold business conversations
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience with ERP applications (Oracle E-Business Suite or SAP focus).
• Strong background in project management and technical configuration.
• Experience with remote access connectivity methodologies and exposure to Windows/UNIX environments.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a diverse remote-based team.
