Oracle Solution Architect (SCM)

TL;DR

Oracle Solution Architect (SCM): Performing advisory and implementation services for Oracle SCM solutions with an accent on full life cycle project delivery and business process transformation. Focus on documenting requirements, system design, application configuration, and ensuring successful user adoption through training and post-production support.

Location: Must be based in the United States. This position follows a hybrid model requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site.

What you will do

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and conduct classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support and assist in process flow mapping.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a consulting practice.
• Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations of Infor or Oracle.
• Industry recognized professional certification.
• Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity.
• Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Exposure or training on Oracle Cloud Applications.
